Prepare for a healthy pregnancy

The more you understand about the changes your body is going through, such as your additional prenatal nutritional needs and the growth of your baby, the better experience you are likely to have during your pregnancy. The relationship you have with your healthcare provider is essential to your baby’s development and your well being. It’s very important for your healthcare provider to be well informed about how you are feeling and any problems you might notice.

Prenatal vitamins, therefore, are extremely important during pregnancy. Additionally, many women continue to take prenatal vitamins throughout their childbearing years. One of the key differences between multivitamins and prenatal vitamins is the amount of folic acid. PreCare Premier® is a vital source of vitamins and minerals and contains 1 mg of folic acid to protect the health of the developing baby. (21) PreCare Premier is an excellent nutritional choice during pregnancy and throughout the childbearing years.
